PHILIP OPPONG AMPONSAH is an Egalitarian by profession. He has been working in the field of human rights for almost two years. He facilitated prejudice reduction workshops for economically disadvantaged individuals. He played an instrumental in forming the Youth Brains Initiative (YBI), a community based organization in Techiman in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. He designed and implements the campaign called education for the rural folks. He recently worked for Oxfam International, Dublin branch, as a fund raising and research officer.
