ERNEST ANKOMAH KYEREMEH is the Founder and the Executive Director of the Foundation. He is a community activist in the areas of human rights and is an active member of several community-based initiatives in Ghana. He has developed a self-esteem class for young children with disability in the upper West region of Ghana. He is Member of Chartered institute of Marketing (UK).

He also hold Dip. In Disability studies (on-line course) He has also volunteered for the Wa School for the blind. He has been active in community initiatives since his childhood of which some includes: BUA-DUA and Youth Enhancement International. He has traveled length and Breath of this country conducting research and donating food and educational materials to some selected special Schools in the country.

He has published series of feature articles in the national dallies of which the popular one includes: “DISABILITY IS NOT INABILITY”. EDUCATION AND RIGHTS OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES, CHALLENGES FACING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.
